Squats, lunges, bridges are some of the best butt exercises and glute exercises, but there are lots of ways to strengthen the butt and glutes.
Squats are a multi-joint exercise that works the entire legs. Lunges are also a multi-joint exercise that works all the leg muscles.
One of the problems with squats and lunges is that some people with bad knees, bad balance, or poor flexibility have trouble performing lunges and squats correctly.
